The Victorian Way is a viral webseries & live exhibition offering audience members an opportunity to discover life in Victorian England through the medium of food. Hosted by Avis Crocombe - head cook for Lord and Lady Braybrooke at Audley End House in the 1880s.

As Research Assistant, I offered research, administrative, and organizational support and served as production assistant on-set in Audley End House, Essex. In addition, I researched and wrote an academic paper on the implications of edu-tainment and the nostalgic country house in 21st century tourism.
