About Me

I'm a Philadelphia based public historian, researcher & creative producer with experience across the media, heritage, tourism, and higher education sectors. I’ve lived and worked in the US, UK, and Spain.

I hold a B.S. in Film & Television from Boston University and an M.A. in Public History from the University of York, along with a TEFL certification from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. I’m also a postgraduate member of the Royal Historical Society.

My academic research explores how media, pop culture, and the digital world shapes historical memory, especially in the contexts of commemoration, identity, and popular interpretation. My MA dissertation, “‘Hitler-comedy’ and the strained expectation of history,” examined how humor mediates traumatic pasts. Before shifting fully to the heritage and media sectors, I supported educational and public-facing research initiatives through roles in operations, teaching, and project coordination.
